By downloading, installing, or using the DevLink application ("App") or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute an End User License Agreement (EULA) between you and DevLink. For users who download the App from the Apple App Store, Apple is not a party to this EULA and has no obligation regarding it.
DevLink is a platform that connects clients who have digital projects with digital professionals (developers, designers, marketers, etc.) who can deliver them. The Service allows users to post projects, send proposals, communicate via in-app chat, leave reviews, and manage collaborations.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at appdevlink@gmail.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or professional use on a device you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store rules applicable to you.

You retain ownership of the content you post on DevLink (profile information, project descriptions, proposals, messages, reviews). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
You agree not to post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
Certain features of the Service (such as Spotlight visibility boosts and DevLink PRO subscriptions) require payment. All purchases are subject to the following:

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (excluding user-generated content) — including but not limited to design, logos, text, graphics, and software — are owned by DevLink and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
DevLink does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of content posted by users, including proposals, profiles, and reviews.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DevLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may terminate your account at any time by visiting our account deletion page or contacting us at appdevlink@gmail.com.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
